CONSTRUCTION/DECONSTRUCTION:HABITABLE SPACE
(B.ARCH) FINAL THESIS PROJECT
[in-kroh-lab] an incremental collaborative development
A formulated bottom-up development logic that intercepts, yet integrates into its participant’s lifestyle. An exploitation of our relationship to big-box retail and how it supports our current lifestyles. By examining the architect-participant dialog we ignite a new discussion of collaboration, sequence, and compounding scenarios fueled by social and constructional negotiations. Deployment of workable human metrics, componentry, and nimble opportunity allows users to develop and incrementally redevelop space to suit their particular living needs; potentially setting precedent for how urban cities grow with their population, not ahead of, or behind it.
